Dooeys successfully crowdfunded £15,330 on kickstarter to manufacture their eco house shoes. Within the first week they already smashed their target and by the end, they raised 152% of their target.
Dooeys was set up by American entrepreneur Jordan Clark. She is based out of Amsterdam and Seattle and since switching to working from home, realised there was no supportive and comfy slipper available. So she created Dooeys. They’re also created for the eco conscious, coming from vegan leather and sustainable products.
We assisted Jordan in her campaign by providing her our ad-hoc consultancy to check through her work and provide recommendations on how to promote her campaign and set out her project page. Within the first week they had already smashed their kickstarter goal. They received a good amount of press coverage and her instagram community came together with her email list to form a community of supporters.
