Bristol Refugee Rights raised £20,995 on Crowdfunder from 219 backers to provide vital services and tech aid for asylum seekers and refugees during Covid-19.
Bristol Refugee Rights smashed 50% of their original £5,900 target within 2 days of launching their campaign and within the first week smashed their original target and moved onto their stretch goal.
They smashed that and ended up raising 306% of their original target! On top of that Tesco, donated 100 phones and 6 months of credit for each phone in kinda which adds up to another £11,000 in value.
Bristol Refugee Rights took our online training course back in 2017 only a few months after Crowdfund 360 had even launched. In that campaign they overfunded by over £15,000 and seem to have taken all their efforts into this campaign too! They have recently been featured on BBC news for their campaign too. You can read that piece here.
